Geronimo Hospitality Group is a collection of award-winning boutique hotels, restaurants, and clubs. We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to join our team at the Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis, IN.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge in building and grounds maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Yardi or equivalent software experience (desirable)
• U.S. Work Authorization (required)
