Job Description
Geronimo Hospitality Group is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join their team at Truk't in Beloit, WI. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a non-fast food restaurant and/or training in a culinary school, as well as ServSafe Certification.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a non-fast food restaurant and/or training in a culinary school
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision
