Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–12+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or private equity
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate assets and driving NOI growth
- Experience with underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis
- Experience in leading or managing teams
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools, Microsoft Excel, and real estate systems
