Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding

The Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plastic injection molding equipment, fostering a continuous improvement environment, and communicating technical status updates. The role involves providing production planning process, building technical strength of the team, and maintaining mechanical and electromechanical equipment, pneumatic/hydraulic equipment, conveying systems, pump systems and mechanical equipment, mechanical operations, electrical power distribution and electromechanical systems, and machine and process controls.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 years maintenance/technical experience within a plastic injection molding facility
• 2-year mechanical/electrical experience
• 3 years general preventative maintenance experience in medical injection molding industry
• Good Manufacturing Practice within the Medical or Food Industry
