Requirements

• Technical overall responsibility for an automated RTF production line
• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as deployment planning of shift personnel
• Ensuring structured onboarding, conducting training and personal development
• Technical steering, analysis, and continuous optimization of production processes
• Conducting and leading complex error analyses as well as sustainable problem-solving
• Definition, monitoring, and standardization of critical process parameters for series operation
• Close cooperation with quality and maintenance as well as participation in audits, complaints, and deviations
• Technical responsibility in Change-Control processes incl. risk analyses
• Support for FAT/SAT, start-ups, and qualifications
• Participation in CAPEX and personnel planning as well as ensuring GMP-compliant documentation and data integrity
