Job Description
Gerresheimer is seeking a Shift Leader Production RTF to lead a shift team in their 4-shift system at the Bünde production site. The role involves ensuring a smooth production process, staff development, and compliance with GMP and occupational safety regulations.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- First experience in leading staff
- Knowledge in GMP or medical field is an advantage
- Well-developed team skills, sense of responsibility, and communication strength
- A structured, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented way of working, as well as assertiveness
- Safe handling of IT systems
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in the 4-shift system
