Supervisor de Producción (Cuarto limpio)

Coordinate operational activities across primary stages of RTF product lines, manage production team to meet daily output goals, and maintain an orderly work environment to streamline operations and prevent safety or quality incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices
• Ability to interpret work instructions, production orders, and batch records
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleanroom behavior, access protocols, and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom standards, and Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Extensive experience generating SOPs, protocols, and formal technical reports
