Job Description
As Supervisor Production Glass, you will be responsible for efficiently, organized and fully oriented management of operational production in your area of responsibility, according to established cost, time and quality goals.
Requirements
- Higher or secondary technical education (engineering, industrial production, machinery, electrotechnics or similar)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position in production
- Experience in industrial production, preferably in glass, pharmaceutical or automotive industry
- Good understanding of production processes and KPI systems
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on facts
- Experience with Lean, CI or other methodologies for continuous improvement is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Result-oriented and quality-oriented
- Proactivity and responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in shifts
