Academic Coach/ Schulbegleitung AY24/25 - Currently, more than 1800 students are learning at GESS supported by more than 400 full time and part time academic and administrative staff members. The Academic Coach supports students with learning challenges like autism spectrum disorder, learning needs, or impairment of motor skills. The role involves supporting students in various subjects, organizing tasks, and participating in meetings with teachers and parents.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written German
• Excellent communication skills
• IT competencies
• Relevant University degree and/or experience in an educational setting
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with students with barriers to learning
