Job Description
Gessner Engineering, LLC is seeking a motivated, hands-on Registered Professional Land Surveyor in good standing to oversee project management, maintain quality control over processes/procedures and production oversight.
Requirements
- Coordinate Field Crews and Survey Technicians in the collection and calculation of field data
- Perform research, field investigations, and project boundary calculations.
- Prepare boundary and topographical surveys, project control, metes and bounds descriptions and general survey support for engineering design projects.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks
- Adhere to the principles and practices of the Professional Land Surveying Practices Act
- Define applicable scope(s) of work based on project requirements
- Provide technical and operational guidance / advice to project teams, on-site representatives, and survey contractors
- Write, direct and/or review the writing of descriptions of land to satisfy legal requirements
