SY 2026-2027 Business Teacher

Gestalt Community Schools is a system of K-12 college-preparatory charter schools in targeted Tennessee communities that integrates education and community to support student achievement. Teachers at GCS design lesson plans, develop assessments, and implement project-based learning, while also working with special educators and attending professional development training.

Requirements

• Holds a current TN teaching license in Business with appropriate endorsement codes
• Holds a bachelor's degree or higher
• Has a proven track record of academic success
• Believes that all students can learn at high academic levels
• Is proficient in digital content, technology integration, and project-based learning
• Can work in an extended day environment
• Can teach in an inclusion environment with a co-teacher
• Has good communication and written skills
• Is a team player with strong interpersonal skills
