Gestalt Community Schools is a system of K-­-12 college-­-preparatory charter schools in targeted Tennessee communities. Teachers design weekly lesson plans, develop standards-based assessments, and integrate technology effectively in the classrooms.

Requirements

• Current TN Teaching license in Elementary Education
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven track record of academic success
• Belief that all students can learn at high academic levels
• Ability to work in an extended day environment
• Ability to teach in an inclusion environment
• Good communication and written skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
