Role Overview

Support the Pune HR team in end-to-end recruitment, maintain recruitment trackers, and build strong candidate pipelines. Assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates.

What You Will Do

Assist in full-cycle recruitment, maintain recruitment trackers, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and prioritize roles critical to business needs.
