Customs and Logistics Operation Specialist

We are looking for a team player, forward thinker, and game changer to manage free zone entry–exit procedures, control import, export, and transit customs declarations, and oversee regulatory-based financial obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in free zone operations or Inward Processing Regime (IPR) processes.
• Strong knowledge of customs legislation with the ability to read customs declarations and identify incorrect or non-compliant declarations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP and SAP GTS is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and highly responsible.
• Strong planning, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Possession of a Customs Broker Assistant License (B License) is preferred.
• Familiarity with the SBBUP – NCTS system and the ability to submit SBBUP declarations is preferred.
