Job Description
Join our diverse teams of passionate people and develop both personally and professionally. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development activities for selected direct material categories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration
- 10-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing within manufacturing, preferably Medtech
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and engage teams
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in cost analysis and value engineering
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chains, lean principles, and KPI-driven sourcing
- Experience conducting supply risk assessments and managing complex sourcing structures
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Experience with ESG and sustainability topics within sourcing is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (Swedish is beneficial)
