R&D Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) Sustaining

We are looking for a R&D Technical Product Owner to join our team at Getinge in Rastatt, Germany. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for the overall technical responsibility for series products in the temperature devices area within the Sustaining Engineering department.

Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering, medical technology, or biomedicine
• At least two years of professional experience in development, ideally in the medical technology or regulated industrial sector
• Sound experience and knowledge in the development of medical devices and relevant product knowledge
• Good knowledge of quality management for medical devices, especially ISO 13485, Quality System Regulation (21 CFR 820), and GMP requirements
• Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, especially the Medical Device Act (MPG)
• Developed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, goal-oriented, and proactive working style
• High innovation ability and a developed entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in project management and excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent team and communication skills, reliability, conflict resolution, and ideally first leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
