Senior Manager Global Trade Compliance

We are looking for a Senior Manager Global Trade Compliance professional to act as Getinge's global Subject Matter Expert (SME) and play a key role in embedding trade compliance across our global business operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global trade compliance, in particular EU and US Sanctions and Export Control Regulations, in a multinational environment as well EU and US dual use classification.
• Experience in handling High Risk Sanctions Regulations
• Experience in Financial Sanctions.
• A proven track record acting as a subject matter expert and program owner.
• Strong understanding of risk-based compliance frameworks and due diligence methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or equivalent trade compliance systems.
• Experience from the MedTech industry is preferred.
• In addition to your technical expertise, you demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to assess complex situations with sound judgment.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.
• You are driven by continuous improvement and stay up to date with developments and best practices in your field.
