Call Center Supervisor for Early Out Services leading day-to-day call center operations, driving team performance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years in a healthcare call center or revenue cycle environment
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and patient registration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call center systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
