Job Description
The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for providing expert knowledge of clients' credentialing specialties, managing system downtime, and adhering to policies and procedures. They must have excellent communication skills, ability to work in challenging environments, and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience in Provider Enrollment/Credentialing
- Good understanding and working experience of End-to-End Claim Resolution model
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
