Job Description
We are seeking a GM - Healthcare RCM Ops to lead our RCM functions, drive strategy and execution, and improve collections and cash flow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US healthcare RCM, strong leadership skills, and experience in large-scale operations management.
Requirements
- Expertise in US healthcare RCM (front-end to back-end)
- Strong knowledge of payer rules, coding guidelines, HIPAA compliance
- Proven experience in large-scale operations management (250+ FTEs)
- Client-facing leadership skills with ability to build CXO-level relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-driven decision-making
- Ability to drive digital/automation initiatives (RPA, AI in RCM)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
