We are looking for a French-speaking Growth Marketing Lead to play a key role in scaling our patolo pet insurance product in France. As a key member of our French team, you will help drive local marketing execution across the funnel and ensure that our marketing efforts in France are focused, relevant, and effective.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong execution skills with a proven ability to drive marketing initiatives independently across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with marketing: experimentation such as A/B testing, channel management, campaign management or other key function of a fast-paced marketing squad.
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and what drives awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Commercial mindset and strong performance orientation, with a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across local and global teams and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Analytical enough to make data-informed decisions, derive clear learnings, and follow performance closely.
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Full professional fluency (C1-C2) in French and English; German is a plus.
