Job Description
At getquin, we're on a mission to empower everyone to build wealth. We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable, data-driven growth across iOS, Android and web — with a focus on paid performance, subscriptions conversion, and user activation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally in consumer subscription models
- Proven success in scaling Meta app campaigns and optimizing across acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence using attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
