Senior/Lead Product Manager (f/m/d)

getquin is a fast-growing B2C startup on a mission to empower people to build wealth. The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own critical parts of the getquin experience and shape the company's new strategy. The role involves taking features from early discovery through delivery, working with a cross-functional team, and driving outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, a strong understanding of user needs, and the ability to make informed product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad product management experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment with popular B2C mobile apps
• Strong discovery skills, including running user interviews, synthesizing insights, and using research to shape product decisions
• Strong execution skills, including shipping features, working with engineers, unblocking teams, and getting things out the door fast
• Data-informed and outcome-driven, comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decisions
• Solid technical understanding, able to have real conversations with engineers and make informed trade-offs
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
