People Operations Lead Germany

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology (or related)
• 5+ years in People Ops/HR Ops, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proven people management experience — you enjoy coaching and developing others while staying hands-on operationally.
• Strong German labor law knowledge;
• German native/mother tongue and fluent English;
• Comfortable with HR tech and tooling (Workday or similar HRIS, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace)
