Senior UX Manager, B2C

GetYourGuide is seeking a Senior UX Manager for its Comparison team in Berlin, Germany. This role will lead a team of product designers, content designers, and researchers focused on deepening their understanding of specific travel categories and UX formats. The team will be instrumental in improving the traveler experience through data modeling and design, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a superior product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of previous experience leading and managing a team of 4-6 designers for consumer products
• 4+ years of experience as a design manager with scope including leading designers and responsible for at least 2 verticals with a high level of complexity
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, solving ambiguity through structured design thinking and frameworks
• Past experience as a senior designer working on B2C and/or B2B product experiences
• Experience working with test and algo-driven products
• Top-notch design craft and ability to rapidly ideate and produce design concepts
• Top communication skills to clearly articulate and defend your design
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive clarity and align product strategies
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Communicating with multiple levels of stakeholders
