Manage and process full-cycle, biweekly multi-state U.S. and Canada payroll, administer employee benefits, and perform HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience accurately performing full-cycle, multi-state, hourly employee payroll
- 2+ years of successful Benefits Administration and Human Resources experience
- Experience preparing and submitting Certified Payroll Reports for Prevailing Wage
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CPP, PHR or HR certification a plus
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, ability to work independently
- Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to constant change
