Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and structured person for our Office Management team in the Rhine-Neckar region on a part-time basis (30 hours/week).
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g. office manager, business administration) or comparable qualification
- Experience in office management, assistance or administration is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounting (invoice review, preparatory accounting) is desirable
- Basic knowledge of Odoo is an asset, but not a must
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
