Performance in Lighting is seeking a R&D Designer to develop products from a design perspective, ensuring the definition of all 3D componentry, and collaborating with the R&D Manager to define technologies. The ideal candidate will have graphic skills, knowledge of CAD and CAM software, and good interpersonal skills.
