Requirements

• Develop activities related to the protection of the environment, safety, and worker health in the Company's plants, in accordance with current legislation, risk assessment, and corporate guidelines.
• Conduct the process of identifying and assessing risks in the field of safety and environment, identifying, proposing, and monitoring prevention and protection measures to improve health and safety in the workplace.
• Examine statutory and legislative requirements, following updates and verifying their application in the company;
• Analysis of non-conformity, accidents, incidents, and reports in the field of environment and safety;
• Propose, collect data, process, and monitor indicators (KPI) of Health, Safety, and Environment;
• Support the management of environmental issues in accordance with the D.Lgs 152/06;
• Act as the Responsible Person for the Prevention and Protection Service as provided for by the D.Lgs. 81/2008;
• Contribute to the training, information, dissemination of safety culture and respect for the environment in the company
• Support the development, implementation, and certification of new management systems in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
