Test Laboratory

GEWISS is an Italian multinational company seeking a motivated and experienced Test Laboratory Technician to conduct laboratory tests, verify regulatory compliance, and provide technical support to product development teams in the electronics and electrical engineering sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in the electronics/electrical engineering sector
• Solid electrical engineering skills and in-depth knowledge of the principles of operation of automation and protection systems
• Excellent knowledge of major product standards and certification processes
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to use measurement instruments and specific laboratory equipment
• Good managerial skills for planning and organizing work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
• Ability to work in teams in a collaborative and proactive manner
• Ability to manage projects from setting objectives to reporting results
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis software
• Precision, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
