Job Description
GFiber is hiring a Direct Sales Representative Lead, Residential to promote client residential subscriptions through door-to-door interactions. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and training a team of Door-to-Door representatives to meet or exceed monthly growth sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of door-to-door sales experience
- 2 years of experience with quota carrying sales or account management experience
- 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity (lead or manager)
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards
