Head of AI (w/m/d)

Head of AI (m/w/d) position at GFT Technologies, responsible for the strategic, operational, and market-effective development of AI solutions. Collaborate with customers, sales, and tech leads to position GFT as a thought leader in AI.

Requirements

• Completed study in economics, business informatics, computer science, (financial) mathematics or a comparable course of study
• In-depth expertise in Artificial Intelligence, especially in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), modern ML architectures, and data strategies
• Evidence of customer contact experience, ideally in consulting or consulting functions
• Confident appearance on C-Level, excellent communication skills, and high presentation skills
• Outstanding entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, and clear result-oriented approach
• Good understanding of modern IT architectures and their integration with AI solutions
• Ability to combine business development with technological depth
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
