The Associate, Investments is a key contributor to the firm’s real estate investment strategy, supporting the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of opportunities across a diversified portfolio. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver rigorous financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence that inform investment decisions.
Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, conduct market research, and support the full transaction lifecycle.
