Job Description
GGS IT Consulting is looking for an Automation Support Specialist to help deliver seamless technical support in business process automation. The role involves providing hands-on technical support for automation platforms, managing technical inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Solid experience with SQL (preferably Oracle PL/SQL)
- Ability to write queries and navigate relational database structures
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-organized and capable of working under pressure
- Prior experience in IT support roles
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Curiosity and interest in low-code platforms, RPA tools, and workflow automation
