We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to act as a trusted advisor for our clients, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits solutions using our C&B product.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role
- Experience with HR technology or C&B systems
- Ability to contribute subject-matter expertise to marketing and thought-leadership initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation review cycles
- Solid understanding of incentive plans, rewards frameworks, and benefits programs
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets; BI tools are a plus
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience or interest in building professional visibility through thought leadership and expert content
