Compensation & Benefits Expert

GGS implements compensation management software and creates custom automation solutions for businesses. We are a company of 60 people actively seeking exceptional talents. We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to act as a trusted advisor for our clients, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits solutions using our C&B product.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role
• Experience with HR technology or C&B systems
• Ability to contribute subject-matter expertise to marketing and thought-leadership initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation review cycles
• Solid understanding of incentive plans, rewards frameworks, and benefits programs
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets; BI tools are a plus
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Experience or interest in building professional visibility through thought leadership and expert content
