Compensation & Benefits Expert

GGS implements compensation management software and creates custom automation solutions for businesses, looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to advise clients on end-to-end solutions using our C&B product.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)
• Experience with HR technology or C&B systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation review cycles.
• Fluency in Polish (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English
