Allround psychiatrisch begeleider Medium Care

As an all-round psychiatric coordinator at Medium Care in Leiden, you will coordinate clients with diverse mental health conditions and provide them with support and guidance throughout their recovery process. You will motivate and encourage clients to become independent, implement recovery-focused strategies, establish direct contact with family and/or caregivers, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and contribute to the development of the department.

Requirements

• HBO Social Work diploma with a stream in GGZ Aagog
• Affinity with the target group
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Stress-resistance, initiative-taking, and enthusiasm for contributing to the development of care content and innovations
