Business controller /Cost Controller

We are looking for an analytical finance professional who can optimize business processes, monitor costs, and provide sharp financial insights to contribute to the quality, continuity, and affordability of our care. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, critical, and communicatively skilled, with a completed HBO or WO degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or comparable, and at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements

• Analytical strength, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Completed HBO or WO degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or comparable
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a (business/cost) controller, financial analyst or comparable role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel
• Experience working in a complex, service-oriented or care organization
• Proactive attitude
