Business Controller

We're looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Papendrecht. The role involves financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for our Airbus programs. You'll work closely with program teams and support their financial goals. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent financial skills, and the ability to communicate with non-finance professionals. As a Business Controller, you'll be part of an international team and have opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

• HBO/University degree in Finance or similar
• 5+ years of similar experience as Business or Program Controller, ideally gained in the manufacturing sector
• Strong analytical and financial skills, especially in management reporting
• Ability to easily collaborate with other functions within the programs
• Proactive, ability to work independently, eager to learn
• Structured, able to plan own work & set priorities
• Ability to communicate with other non-finance professionals
• Advanced Excel skills
• PowerBI or other data management software would be considered a plus
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
