Ervaringswerker high intensive care

We are looking for an experienced worker to join our High Intensive Care team in Leiden, Zuid-Holland, Nederland. As an experienced worker, you will play an important role in the recovery process of patients with severe psychiatric disorders. You will guide patients through conversations, offer them a perspective on recovery, and facilitate recovery-oriented activities in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• A work and thinking level at HBO level
• Experience knowledge that has been developed into expertise through training and education
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented and presence-oriented work
• Affinity with clinical mental health care and crisis care

Benefits

• Contract for one year between 24 and 28 hours with a view to a permanent employment contract
