As a social psychiatric nurse in the FACT team, you'll help clients with severe psychiatric disorders to regain control over their lives from their home situation. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team where there is room for craftsmanship, autonomy, and development.

Requirements

• Motivated to work outreach in an enthusiastic and certified FACT team
• Diploma in HBO nursing and a (nearly) completed SPV training
• BIG registration for nurse
• Driving license and car
