Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Professional Engineer license from the State of Florida is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in stormwater management including master plan development, design and permitting
- Efficient technical writing skills to develop drainage studies and reports
- Experience with local permitting agencies
- Proficiency with modeling software such as ICPR 4 and XPSWMM
