Join GHD in continuing the expansion of the contaminated site evaluation and rehabilitation business group as a Group Director or Director. The role involves leading a team of professionals, promoting quality, respect, and teamwork, and achieving revenue and growth targets.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) or other provincial designation
• Minimum 15 years of experience as leader of a high-performance team
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience
• Possess a well-established client base in business markets related to transportation, federal, energy and resources, building and water
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, both orally and in writing (English and French)
• Ability to manage priorities and intervene as needed
• Ability to adapt leadership style according to the composition of your team
• Good emotional intelligence
• Ability to assemble, influence, and motivate a team of professionals
• Excellent human resources management and mentoring skills
• Team player with leadership skills
• Analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
