Job Description
GHD is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects within the Water & Wastewater team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves developing master plans, facility plans, and sewer system evaluations, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions. This hybrid work model focuses on a balance of in-office collaboration and flexibility. The Project Manager will also mentor team members and contribute to data collection and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in NC preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure
- Strong understanding of consulting engineering business and municipal agencies
- Business development, proposal preparation, and marketing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites
