Job Description
GDH is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead projects for Municipal Water/Wastewater within the GTA or Waterloo region. The role involves project management, budget control, performance management, design creation, workforce planning, organizational capability building, and technical scope development. This is a hybrid work model combining in-office collaboration and flexibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of design management experience
- Experience with civil, structural, architectural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation & control
- Member of the PEO
