Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field of study
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Health & Safety roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or similar certifications are preferred
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred
- Certified OSHA 30 Hour trained
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, OSHA regulations, and other relevant standards
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing environment with physical demands
- Ability to effectively communicate with the client, line supervisors, and skilled workers in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical writing skills
- Bilingual (Korean and/or Spanish) is a plus and a strong differentiator
