Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Structural Engineer to lead a team of structural engineers and drive the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery
- At least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
- Proven track record in consultancy environments and multidisciplinary project coordination
- Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, materials, and current engineering technologies
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit)
- Experience in Middle East projects
