Chief Financial Officer

We’re partnering with a well-established, publicly traded community bank to identify a Chief Financial Officer. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key partner in driving the bank’s financial strategy and performance.

Requirements

• Experience within a bank or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting (Call Reports highly preferred)
• Experience interacting with regulators (FDIC, OCC, or Federal Reserve)
• Background in liquidity management, capital planning, and loan/deposit mix
• Proven leadership experience within accounting/finance
