Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Controller for a non-profit organization. The role involves overseeing financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance, providing financial analysis, and leading a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven experience in the non-profit sector
- NetSuite experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
