Job Description
GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. A growing, multi-entity organization in the creative/agency space is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, operations, and infrastructure across the business.
Requirements
- Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring consistency in reporting, policies, and controls.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide strategic financial insights, scenario planning, and performance analysis to executive leadership.
- Manage accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Support annual planning, including revenue targets, margins, and staffing models.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage audit processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.
- Build and mentor finance resources while improving systems and workflows.
